Delete your account

Permanently delete your Roll for Goal account and associated data.

Delete in the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Delete each group you own or transfer ownership to another member.
3. Select “Delete account”.
4. Review the consequences and select “Delete permanently”.

Deletion completes immediately. If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.

What will be deleted

Your account, profile details, authentication sessions, memberships, predictions, reactions and other personal information associated with the account are deleted from the active service. Limited information may remain in infrastructure logs or backups when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

What happens to groups

Account deletion is blocked while you own a group. Delete the group or transfer ownership to another member first. Groups you transferred remain available. Games you created are permanently deleted for everyone.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed after ownership verification. We will explain if a legal exception requires limited information to be retained.
